Appointments

50% office capacity only… There will be no more than four patients in the office at a time.

We use UV Light filtration systems in our office to maintain clean air circulation.

50% capacity means less patients per day, and as a result, will cause a lack in availability of appointments. We apologize for this, but this is the safest method.


Modified Hours of Operation

In order to fulfill the abovementioned appointment layout, the doctors will work on separate days, and we will extend our office hours to accommodate our patients.

New Regulations

  • All patient registrations need to be filled out online ahead of time without exception.

    • If you need help with this or feel you are unable to, please call us directly and we can mail paper forms to you, or ask a family member for assistance.

    • Patients with incomplete registrations will be dismissed and not be able to be seen - this would otherwise cause massive delays in an already booked schedule.

  • Only one person per appointment will be invited into the office. No other family or friend may enter the office; the only exception will be for one parent/ legal guardians to obtain surgical consent when the patient can not.

  • MASKS: Are still required to be worn at all times until the doctors or staff have instructed you to remove them.

  • We can not see patients with any COVID symptoms or those who have been in recent contact with others who have tested positive within 14 days. You will be asked a questionnaire and have your temperature checked upon arrival.

  • Our Reception areas will be separated by plexiglass barriers, and everyone will have masks on at all times - we apologize for the impersonality.
